Another song I play on repeat is “Shooting stars” by “Bag Raiders”. Although already produced in 2009, this song is still good.

Music – What is the name of the title again?
This is a song I like and always wondered…what´s the name of the interpret?

The duo Silicon Soul released the song “Right on, right on” in 2001 and it entered various charts throughout Europe. They produce mainly house music and are from Glasgow, Scotland.

Plastik Funk on Tour – A Plastik Funktastic party in Munich!
Ever heard of Plastik Funk?
Rafael Ximenez-Carrillo and Mikio Gruschinske started to make music back in 2003 as a German DJ and producer Duo called Plastik Funk.
They life in Düsseldorf, Germany, but have an international background as Rafael was born in Madrid and Mikio in Tokyo.
I guess since the song Rise (which is one of my favourite songs) was released on the Ministry of Sound Club Files 7 release in 2009, you might have heard of them. This year they entered the German sales charts with a new mix of the song “Everybody dance now“. Here is the official video:
On the 31st of May, they released their new single ”Upside Down“.
The Alex Kenji Remix of the song will be released on the Kontor Top Of The Clubs Vol. 51, Disc 3 on the 17th of June.
This year they went on their PLASTIKFUNKTASTIK club tour,
playing in clubs in Brazil, the U.S., France, Korea, Thailand, Russia, China, Brasil and made their last but one stop in Germany, Munich, at the 8 seasons club. I was there on Saturday and I must say the party was a blast! I know the guys for a while now, from the time back when I used to live in Dortmund and they played at the 3001 club in Düsseldorf or in the Triple A club in Cologne. The party on Saturday was definitely the best I have seen from Plastik Funk so far! The crowd was singing, dancing and Rafael and Mikio really had fun. One thing that hasn´t changed in fact since then is, that they are still the nice guys from Düsseldorf, although they have gained popularity and played in numerous clubs around the world.

As the weekend is about to begin – or for some of you might have already begun – a good old house classic song by ”Studio 45 Pres. Joe And Jessey” called “Pure Hooney“. Released in 2002. Enjoy!
2 Songs by The 2 Bears – “Church” and “Be strong”
I like the text of the song, I like the rhythm. Overall the sound of the music makes me feel good! The 2 Bears consist of Raf Daddy (DJ in Greco-Roman Soundsystem) and Joe Goddard (from Hot Chip). They released the “Curious Nature EP” on Southern Fried Records.
I have chosen this video because of the cute Care Bears. Do you remember these little funny bears? I used to watch the shows in my childhood.
Another favorite song of mine from the EP is: “Be strong”. The 2 Bears are fantastic!

Another EP which I really like is “Left”. The song is produced by Marek Hemmann.
He is a german producer who states on his Website:
Marek Hemmann has grown into the electronic music as a hunter, collector and true connoisseur of tones and sonics. It all began in the beginning of the 90’s with a guitar whose sonic spectrum was far too limited for him.
The lyrics and vocals in this song are by Fabian Reichelt. The song, which includes elements of tech-house and pop, was released on the 26th of April 2010.
